SEIGNIORY-WATERGATE APARTMENTS - OTTAWA, ON

Very poorly sound-proofed building, you can hear your neighbours talking, coughing, walking, opening and closing closets, not to mention music and television. The doors are not up to the code and do not insulate from the hallway noise. In addition, the management is constantly repairing or renovating something, which may be a good thing, but means a lot of noise, especially in the summer (jackhammering, etc.). The layout is great and the apartments are quite nice, but unfortunately, the noise factor seriously lowers the quality of living.
