PMA REALTY CONSULTING LTD - OTTAWA, ON

I unfortunately bought a house managed by PMA without reading the reviews. Dealing with them has been a nightmare come true for us. I always dared myself every-time I had to ask or speak to the management about anything. The specific individual (if you have commented previously, or lived under PMA management you know her name by now) is outstandingly rude and inconsiderate. Its like I have to prepare myself to be yelled at, talked down to and left feeling horrible about myself for asking such stupid request or question. When I asked if it kills her to be a little empathy and nice, she responded with "I am not paid to be empathy, I am paid to manage". There was one occasion when she asked me to instead of emailing her, I should be putting a hand-written complaint with "printed pictures" in the PMA mailing box which they normally checked once a week. Because you know, the doves might not be strong enough to carry that. Never-mind that we live in the time where emails exist. I am not telling you not to buy or rent from PMA. But please do consider other house owners/tenants reviews before you make your decision. Is the low condo fee worth the upcoming hustle?
