We used ArboStar system in our company Arbor Tech for 4 years already and I can say that this system really helped our company to grow. The features that I like the most is the reporting and the analytics where we can easily access and monitor how our business is performing from sales to financials, man-hour-return calculations and even our office staff performance tracking. We can quickly create estimates on the Arbostar app and sent them out within minutes or confirm right on the spot by the clients and this resulted in better confirmation rates. Automatic follow up system is great and also helps with sales. ArboStar gives us easy access to our client information through live searh and in client's profile we can easily see everything that happened to the clients from creation to phone calls, sms messages, emails, pictures, tree inventorys basically everything which helps us to service them faster and more efficiently. So, our engagement with clients really improved. And by the end of the day it avoids the hassle of completing any paperwork with the ArboStar apps on tablets or phones. The number of workorders completed, the hours our crews spent on site on jobs, how much money every crew member brings, the mileage etc., all this information is in the system real time which is really great.
