The company is run out of the basement of a
house and it looks like most of the employees
are students or co-op. Anyhow, they lost ALL
of my data and when they reloaded windows NO
drivers were installed and the functionality
of my machine was reduced to a mere fraction
of what it was capiable of when it was
new.
I reluctantly paid my bill and then proceeded
to take my machine to another REAL technician
who was able to run a data recovery to
recover what the geeks lost and reload my
machine properly with all it's drivers.
