Decent R/O unit, c***** tap, and HORRIBLE Customer Service. Stay away, unless you want to get nickled and dimed for items that should be warrantied. Owner is rude.

They just made it right for me. They were apologetic and accommodating. Wanted to make it right, which is all I can ask for.

CHEAP PRODUCT/BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought this product and had nothing but problems. The parts are cheap China made and a lot of work changing the filters. Very poor customer service with an I don't care attitude. They sound inexperienced and immature. Stay away from this company.

I love my Aquasafe Reverse Osmosis water filter system. It was the best deal I found and I now get 0PPM water right from the tap:) I reccomend them to anyone!
