Innovation Plus Developments Ltd. is an outstanding builder that provides the quality and value that seems to be missing with many other builders.

In 1993, Innovation Plus built a custom designed house in Edmonton for me and my family. This was our first experience with building a new home and we were nervous after hearing of the many horror stories about dealing with builders. We did our homework and invited 6 builders to bid on our project. In addition, we requested that each bidder provide the names and phone numbers of three former customers that had chosen them to build a house. After taking into account the customers' opinions, the post-build maintenance issues, our visit to their show homes or private homes to view their work, and of course the project bid values, we chose Innovation Plus to build our house. We were shown some of the houses that they were working on and felt comfortable with our choice.

Our relationship with Innovation Plus was excellent, with regular feedback and discussion. Utilizing their experience in house design, we made a couple of minor design changes. We were more than delighted with the work of this builder and we had NO cost-overruns because it was accurately costed in their original bid and the allowances for light fixtures, etc. was realistic and generous. The after build service was excellent when we had a problem with a defective toilet. That was the one and only problem we experienced.

In summary, I highly recommend Innovation Plus for house building and I would definitely build with this company again.
