EASTERN RAILING LTD - SURREY, BC

Wanted 2 glass panels for interior railing. Mike came to do measurements. Returned 12 days later to install the glass. After he took payment and left, we noticed that 1 panel was smaller, therefore causing a gap in the clip and difference in spacing between the posts. We called him to rectify issue. He said he would check measurements and call us back in half hour. He never did. We tried to get a hold of him multiple times without any success. Essentially we are being ignored. Simple job messed up with no accountability. I do not recommend this company.
