Awful Service. I would not recommend using Gref's to any company/person. I called Gref's for a simple pick up, and was put on hold for twenty two minutes. I asked a salesman to call them and within a minute his call was answered. I wasted 20 minutes of my time, and was not pleased at all. I would give them no stars if I could, but one star is being generous.

I had a bookshelf delivered to Gref's from Ikea. The man on the phone was completely rude when I asked if it had arrived. He replied "Have we called you yet?" I said "No." Which followed by him saying "Then no, we don't have it yet." A few moments passed as I was so shocked by his rudeness, before he cut the silence with "Actually, wait a second, we just got it in yesterday." I suggest you avoid calling Gref's at all cost unless you want to be treated as a stupid woman.
