I contacted Aquaresist Inc in early April and asked them to come to my house to inspect some water leakage issues I had. Aquaresist responded to my request by making an on sight visit to my house within 24 hours of my initial contact. Upon a very thorough and complete inspection of my basement they provided me a few options that I could consider with some variations in costs.

They come early and stay late. The pre-work organization and attention to maintaining a clean work site is outstanding and continues throughout the whole job. If any problems arise, the Aquresist guys respond quickly and come up with a workable solution. It was very nice to see that someone still really takes pride in their work and that it meets/exceeds all the criteria that was laid out in the initial contract.

I offer my strongest recommendation for you to consider Aquaresist as I'm obviously a very pleased customer with the end results I hoped for.

I used internet to find Aquresist and had a great experience. Our drain in our basement was backed up mid-day Saturday. We were able to make contact with the company immediately and had someone at our house less than 2 hours. They offered to take a video of the pipes to do a diagnostic along with clearing the pipes. It was a bit more money then just having the drains cleared but this gave us a better idea of what we may need to deal with in the future. We had a problem with tree roots which were cleared and given options for future prevention if we wish. We can't afford anything but the basics and this was done with no pressure and we were treated as any customer spending a lot more money. Would definitely recommend drain works to all my family and friends.

Aquaresist Inc was extremely responsive and reliable starting with my initial call requesting a quote, to the in home visit to survey my issue, and then ultimately to scheduling and completing the work. They talked me through different approaches and made a recommendation about what they thought was the best course of action.

They did an excellent job installing my interior drain system as well as the exterior piping. Guys completed the job in 4 days as expected and cleaned up after themselves very well. There wasn't near the dust as I anticipated.

The project was done on time, they cleaned up after themselves. We have had rain since the work done and so far I have had no interior water leakage.

AquaResist changed my concrete floor in the basement. Work was done good and even faster then planned. Price was Ok. Thanks guys
