TO GO TELECOM (CANADA) INC - RICHMOND, BC

Bad service given by a lady staff name k* at #140, 4651 No.3 rd.. Richmond BC on Sept. 15, 2015 around 2 pm. She was rude, unhelpful and impolite to customers. I bought a long distance sim card from her for my visit to hong kong and china. After the new sim-card put by her to my phone, the phone could not be turned on at all. I asked her about the problem , she just answered " unknown" and refused to help saying that she had no obligation to help me turn on the phone I went to another store and found that the sim card and battery not correctly installed so the phone could not be turned on. I also reported this later to a male staff Mr. w*** but wonder he would report this to the management . Please follow up the case or the store will not have me as future customer. She is the most unhelfful staff i have ever met. Your company will not have any more customers due to her rudeness and unhelpful manner. my email [email protected] , tel 604-8800138. Michael
