Beware!!Do Not use their ups box/ P.O box service. What a waste of money. I moved to the area couple of months ago, so I switch to this ups. Expecting the same service as my old ups store. Boy I was so wrong. I used to get 10+ mails like, Monthly subscriptions, newsletters, parcels, letters and even samples that I signed up. But ever since I switched to this ups store, I'm lucky if I get one mail a month. There's something very sneaky or sketchy going on with this ups store. Gonna file a formal complaint to the ups headquarter. This is unacceptable.
