BIRTH RHYTHMS - SASKATOON, SK

Birth Rhythms is such an amazing resource to the community! I used one of their doulas for my birth, enrolled in a prenatal exercise class, and have come in multiple times just for advice, support, or help with properly fitting my carrier. The staff are super friendly and very easygoing and no matter what I need, they can always point me in the right direction... I have even been to events using their studio space and it is a fantastic rental space! I would definitely use it myself if I ever decide to do a workshop or need somewhere to host a party... All around one of my favorite businesses in town!
