Too bad that there isn't a way to give negative stars
Unfortunately I placed an order with this company without reading the reviews before and I have to report the same thing many of the same things people have reported here:
1. Products are "back ordered." Availability date: your guess is as good as mine
2. Credit card charged on the same date as the order date, regardless of how long delivery of the products might take
3. Currently waiting for a refund but if not completed within 3 days, I will call my credit card company and cancel the charges due to fraud
Basically the company gets you to order, doesn't have the products, then takes forever to refund the money (if they do at all), and they keep the shipping charges.

Oh, and if only they did it politely it would be at least bearable but their customer service is non-existent. They don't answer the phone, you are lucky if they respond to your emails. Maybe it's not the case but the way they are doing business would seem to indicate people taking advantage of Covid19 to scam people and that's just sad

I have done lots of buissness with EMRN and it is a pleasure to deal with them
there service and delivery time beats any one thruout Canada
