The staff here are unlike anything my daughter and I experienced anywhere! Fantastic! They were SO helpful and friendly that my non dress wearing daughter, who was dreading shopping, actually loves this store and is looking forward to buying her prom dress here. Much thanks to the staff and owner! We will be back and would absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for a dress!!

Have always bought my dresses here for a reason. The ladies are friendly and the service is beyond compare! If you need a dress.... visit this store, you won't be disappointed!

At first, the sales ladies are very polite and fun to be around, however very deceitful. I was pressured into buying a 300$ dress for my boyfriends prom that they swore no one had the same dress etc. turns out my friend bought the exact same dress two hours earlier. They don't tell you until AFTER you pay it's final sale and when I called back to ask about returning the dress that I haven't even brought home yet because it was at the tailors up the street from them that they recommended , they told me 'it's not good for our income to not sell a dress to a girl because someone else has the same one. It's really not a big deal goodbye' and hung up. They also referred me to a tailor up the street because the dress was a size too big, and they told me they were close friends with the woman so even though it was a 70$ alteration, she would only charge me 20$. 65$ later, a week afterwards I picked up my dress that still does not fit and I have to pay for the woman to fix it again. As in the store, hundreds of dresses are squished together on small racks, the store is small and over crowded, they only have 1 or 2 sizes of each dress and if they don't have your size they will pressure you into buying the dress and going to get it tailored at their 'CHEAP' tailor, in which the lady will give you a discount. Overall, ruined my whole experience of buying a prom dress and experiencing the excitement and joy. Not recommended at all.
