SANCTUARY DAY SPA THE - WATERLOO, ON

I have been going to the spa for quite some time to get hair and spa services and the care I receive is phenomenal. I do however have an issue wih the way I am welcomed in the front door. It is not always friendly. It depends on the front desk staff on that day because the young ones are always friendly and smile at me but the older ladies are cold and unwelcoming. Sometimes don't even acknowledge that I have walked in. I will continue to go but only because of the service providers they rock!
