TD CANADA TRUST BRANCH AND ATM - VAUGHAN, ON

Hello everyone ..
I'm writing this review to complain about the poor service I found in TD Canada trust 2933 Major Mackenzie Dr. (J*** and M**** M***.). Specifically from M*** S******. I
In the past I tried this bank to apply for a credit card. I met some young employees and one of them was in training they kept asking for documents. Luckily my home is close so I went to bring this document.. Then they told me we also forget to tell you to bring other documents. I felt it is a joke because if you know what you are doing you will ask right away for everything. Specially, these documents (notice of assist. and bank statements are basics). A year passed and I tried the bank again.. I met Mr. M*** S***** who seemed very confident and a bit attitude .. I asked him to apply for a line of credit he told me " no problem, it isn’t my first time". I said “ok”. Even though I wasn’t sure from my situation. But, his attitude and over confidence told me may be.
then he asked me for some document and I told him do you need anything else... he replied “no I’m good”.
6 days later nothing happened, then he called me back and said he forget to ask for the pay slips (Sam experience) and he didn’t submit it yet. I gave him my pay slips.
Then three days after he called me and told me I got declined.
Now, my question for this branch if you guys are hiring trainee why you let them deal with people money and situations? I’m expecting someone to assist me not to get trained in my credit score and my financial situation.. it is a really silly joke and very very poor service.
