CLASSY COLLECTION - TORONTO, ON

A friend of my recommended me to this store, she bought her dress at Classy Collection two years ago and brought me here. The first dress I put on at the store was the one I ended up purchasing. She picked out my veil, accessories, and even my bridesmaid dresses. The colour wasn't exactly what I wanted, but i love it regardless. It was a one-stop shopping experience for me and i'm happy.

The Owner of Classy Collection has defrauded a number of brides recently as she has taken off and packed up her store in the middle of the night without a trace and has left us all with no dress, no money and no explanation! I think everyone in search for a dress hopes that it will be a fun, enjoyable and memorable experience. Well, I had a memorable experience alright - and let me tell you, if you're considering buying a dress from this store: DON'T.

The manager is completely rude and unprofessional as soon as she has your payment. The store is so disorganized that they were closed for the day of my scheduled fitting, with no notification to me whatsoever. Not only that, but they didn't know where my dress was the day before my appointment, or if it had even been altered.

To top it all off, I was yelled at multiple times over the phone when trying to reschedule and appointment that they had randomly canceled. I honestly cannot believe that this business is surviving.

Look elsewhere for your dress and enjoy the experience. This was completely unnecessary and unprofessional from the moment I paid for my dress.
