GROVES PHIL SEWER SERVICE INC - STONEY CREEK, ON

Right from first call to Ann @ Phil Groves Sewer Inc on May 11th re: my sewer issues...nothing but A + service. She arranged visit that day to assess my issues. Later that day very efficient and expert serviceman arrived and within an hour had sewer line going. Spoke to him re : sewer lining (that I had already investigated on web) and he explained the system and he indicated he would pass along to his boss and they would be in touch with me. I had already spent over $500. for two visits ( with snake treatment x2)..stated wipes in sewer line ..NOT so..do not use ) and other to plumber who walked in and out long enough to give me his bill >WAS sewer issue! . NO resolve!! With in a week, received a call from your company with details and would set up appt time and gave me the quote for the job, On June 11th..started procedure and back on June 12th to finish up. Cleaned everything..like not ever been here . The workers were very courteous and efficient, to say the least and I was able to watch things as they progressed..VERY interesting concept ..the lining process !
