CHU KATHERINE DR - SCARBOROUGH, ON

I believe a good Dr should be knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. Dr C. got 1 out of 3. From what I've experienced she is knowledgeable, but she is uncaring, and very unhelpful because she does not listen to you and makes rude comments about what you have to say. Personally, I dont see the benefit of a Dr that you cannot openly communicate with. In my visit this Dr interrupted me when I tried to explain my problem, when I repeated the same information that was written in my results she told me she hated ultrasounds and ridiculed me as though I was an idiot for believing the results, and when I asked questions she made me feel as though I was incompetent. By the end of my visit I was very unhappy and extremely hurt by the way I was treated.

i just went there today, i was wearing my jean shorts,with my boyfriend accompanying me. After she saw me she said:"is that shorts? i thought u were wearing nothing" with a tone almost like judging me as a s***. watever, i shrugged. then, i told her i had an abortion. and she then asked me if im using any protectionnow, i said yes condoms. then she was like: r u sick(in chinese, which is like r ustupid?), condoms only work90% of the time, and b-control work 99%. i was like, but i dont wanna b-control. she starred at me almost laughing, then i wanted to end the discussion so i blamed on my parents i said: oh, my parents said its weird. and you know what she said? she said:" and abortion isnt weird? *laugh*. then, while i was sitting beside her desk on a chair. she said:take off you pants! i was shocked, isnt there a curtain for me to change behind? and where is the word:can you? or please? i was ordered to do so, its like raping!

I had check up with Dr.Chu,i was happy because she accepted me as a new patient but shes not caring and very rough...

Paptest was painful makes my legs shaking after. And bleeding..
