D-LUX DRY CLEANING CENTRE - RICHMOND HILL, ON

Awful, just awful. Please avoid this drycleaner at all costs.
I dropped 3 pieces of brand new clothing for alterations and when went to pick them up, the owner told me I had already come to pick them up a week ago even though I obviously hadn't and still had my receipt!
He gave away all my clothing to someone without even checking their receipt.
Not only that, but he was extremely rude, refused to acknowledge his mistake and repeatedly telling me I had already picked it without even checking or trying to understand what I was saying. Certainly doesn't know the meaning of customer service.
If you care about your clothing, do not go to this drycleaner and find a better and especially more professional one!
