I had a dress dropped off on my behalf to be
cleaned. As soon as it was returned, I
noticed large visible pulls in the dress
fabric that were NOT there when it was
dropped off to this dry cleaner. I drove to
this establishment to get a refund as they
ruined my dress and they not only denied that
it was their fault, but refused to give me a
refund or let me speak to the owner.
Save yourself the headache, time & money and
