Service Sucks ! Purchased a Mattress and box spring a week ago and still waiting for it to be delivered.
Horrible, seemed great and professional at sale then problem after problem. Incorrect items delivered, all they did was blame movers, salesmen or manufacturers. After 3 attempts at solving issues still incorrect. Strongly recommend another retailer to avoid headaches. Dealt with Roberto as salesman and the store manager only to be left disappointed and frustrated.
