Started to become regular customer few months ago, had seen argument about dispensing fee and drug price between customer and pharmacist few times a month. Price is higher than guardians, franchised drug stores. When I saw the argument, Pharmacist was loud and really aggressively talking to customers, it was almost yelling.
Also, the clinic and pharmacy seem to be managed with family or closer relatives. I heard some patients with disabilities were treated funny based on the medical information, which was probably casually on topic between pharmacies and physicians behind their back. So If you woe about your dignity and confidentiality, you know what to do.
