This Ed owner is a complete imbecile. Car smelled of smoke as well. Stereo sounded worse then the original one. Car started does not work properly. It was supposed to be a 2 way device. I was told the subwoofer wasn't connected to the stereo bc he didn't know about it. After hours spent on servicing and diagnosing the issues I decided to return it and pay for the labour. This Ed over talked me and was belligerent and rude. I hung up the phone on him. Go elsewhere. This owner is rude and ridiculous, tries to talk circles around you and bully you.
Very, very disappointing experience with this
company. The price fro Andrew was NOT as
quoted and they smoked INSIDE the car while
working on it and it's take 3 days to get the
smell out.
Ed the Owner/manager is extremely rude to
deal with. Go elsewhere !
