I would never ever recommending customer to come here, the owner is unwilling to help you with adjusting your glasses after coming back a few weeks of purchased. He's reluctant and gosh how his word was "human ears grow unbalance" to get away with given me a defected glasses, my fault for not really checking it out what the "?" why would he admit that there is a flaw made in glasses? I've never wrote review but this services ticks me off, spending the $ and not getting the right service and such low quality glasses. YOU GET BETTER service out of your $ SOME OTHER glasses place.

I completely disagree! I came back just under a year with my bill in hand and a pair of broken glasses. They were replaced, speedily and efficiently, without any problem. I've been in to get my glasses tightened (once I lost the screw), and they have always courteously and quickly serviced my glasses.
