Great apartment's and in an amazing location
of Kitchener. One or two cases of noise from
other balchonies late at night, but just
young people being young people.
As a reply to above, I find the super Dereck
to be extremely helpful, and would never
enter my apartment without written consent.
Surely you must have been currently moving in
while repairs were still going on in the
apartment. Dereck if very formal, may be a
bit of a newfy lol but hes kind at heart and
spends all day around the building.
Over all, the building is old, and I will
agree the best of paint is not purchased by
head office, but over all great price and
great little place to call home.
Recommended age for the building would be in
the 40s +, as noise is not tolerated by most
residents.
