GREAT CLIPS - KITCHENER, ON

I am incredibly disappointed and angry at my experience today at the Highland location. I brought my 4 year old in for a trim and asked for a couple long layers. The hairdresser chopped all of her hair in the most random way and her hair is horrendous. I had to go to a second place just so they could try to salvage her hair. She had long beautiful hair before this and now is left with what looks like a rats tail. I would have assumed the hairdresser would know the difference between layering a childs head and an adults head. The worst part was that she blamed it on me saying its what I asked for. As a professional, I am appalled at her LACK of professionalism and the way she handled the situation trying to blame me. I actually had to tell her to "Calm down". I will never return nor will I ever recommend Great Clips.
