I was disappointed in the poinsettia I received this season from this flower shop. I receive one yearly and this year my son ordered from your store. The plant has 3 very large plants and a fourth that is not a mature giving it a very lop sided appearance. I have managed garden centre's for several years and this would have been a plant that I would not accept from my grower. Fortino's be more selective when receiving products and never send out a poor quality one. I would not order from your company just because of this experience. One lost customer because of a poor decision on someone's part to accept and send this out.
Brought in a nice glass vase we have and asked "Kat" to fill it with a nice arrangement. Shopped for 30 minutes and came back to an absolutely spectacular arrangement of fresh vibrant flowers - "Kat" is very talented and what she created went beyond the modest price point I set. I received great value and one of the best fresh flower arrangements I've ever bought. Thank You.
