THE BLIND & SHUTTER OUTLET INCORPORATED - ETOBICOKE, ON

Window Shutters were measured and ordered 2 months ago. They were supposed to be installed within 3 weeks. At the first appointment the installer came and discovered that the shutters had been incorrectly measured, so another appointment was scheduled. At the second appointment the shutters were found to be the incorrect size again. A third appointment was scheduled, for which they didn't show up or call to cancel. I left 6 messages over the next 3 days, without getting a call back. On the fourth day someone called me back and a fourth appointment was scheduled for which I was guaranteed that they would show up or call if they couldn't make it. The appointment was also scheduled for the day that the person in the office handling the file would be working in case there were any problems. AGAIN, the 4th appointment was a no show with no calls. I tried calling the office person that day, but she was always too busy to speak to me. I have left a number of messages since then with no call back. In total I have taken 4 days off work to get this work done which has cost me a lot of money, and there is nothing to show for it.
