I was not impressed with the lack of professionalism in how you handled this situation.

First. I felt that it should have been explained to us in more detail as to what the perceived issue was that you felt existed in the corner. I feel that we should have made the decision not you after receiving all the options available.

Second. You did say that you would make it right and now there is a cost to fix it, that I should not have to bear... When I asked what the cost was ..you did not know. I was in sales a long time and you should have known what you would be willing to do when asked that question..it's not like you didn't know why you were coming to visit. One visit you say you will make it right when clearly there was a problem next time you come you say you will do it for cost and you do not know the cost. This further delays the fix if there is going to be one by how long it takes to order the new blind. You were here on Friday last and you just told us yesterday. Not well handled.

Thirdly. You were more than half an hour late for our appointment last Friday and it would have been nice if you had called and told us you were going to be late. Not very professional.

Fourthly. I should have mentioned this again but I think there should be 4 fasteners on that blind ..the manual says that ,you assure me that it will be alright with 3 ...so be it.
I paid a lot of money to Selnaks to have these blinds installed. I am not happy with the end result on this one blind...all the rest are great ...it should have been more fully explained to us before going ahead with the order.

I can live with it but it is not correct and while most, if not all of our guests, will never know, I will know it is not correct and so do you.
