GLENCREST TERRACE APTS - BURLINGTON, ON

For paying such a high rent this apartment is below par. My two main issues include; little bugs all over the house. They are little ants, pharaoh ants I believe is what they are called. The whole building is infested with them. They are in my drawers, in my books, crawling around in the washroom. Second is they ticket visitors without a permit, even if it's a quick over night parking. I understand if we were in a busy downtown location but being in suburbs it's ridiculous that my friends who come sleep over for one night will get a ticket. If they had a 24 hr front desk where I can grab a permit it would be completely different but what am I supposed to do? Knock on the superintendents door at 11 pm to get a permit?
