Absolutely terrible place to live. Awesome location wise to walk to SuperStore or Sobeys as well as a few others. But the landlords don't know what they're doing, don't have the decency to call ahead and will show up at your door randomly. Constant construction every month or so that lasts for about a month, with no need to do so. In the winter the Radiators will snap and make a VERY loud banging sound at any time of the night, could be at 6pm, or 3:45am. The woman who owns the building needlessly has construction which doesnt need to be done, and refuses to lower rent for such a small apartment. Also elevators are FREQUENTLY down. Absolutely terrible, especially for the price. But if you want to pay $1020 a month to listen to construction so loud you have to yell to the person in the same room, be their guest.
