A&S HOMES - WINNIPEG, MB

I think that A & S is the worst home builder in Winnipeg. If you are building a house with them you have to do the site manager’s job as he isn’t doing any useful work there. A & S customer service is horrendous and they don’t know anything about customer service. Once you sign the contract, they treat you like they are building the house free of charge. A & S receptionist is really rude to customers over the phone and in person. A & S employees do not have the courtesy to return a phone call unless you phone couple more times.
A & S is building too many homes at the same time and according to one of their contactors they are behind in all of those homes by six to seven months. A & S had done countless screw-ups in our home and I think building with A & S is the worst decision that I made so far in my life. They are just bragging about the quality of their homes and the reality is that they are worst than Green Home builders. You need to go and check every single thing in your house, otherwise they do not do anything right. A & S has nice show homes but when they build your home the quality is not there. I think the issue is that A & S site managers do not check what their contractors are doing. In my house they didn’t even put enough drywall screws and I had to take pictures and send it to them to get things done right. A & S do not admit their mistakes or screw-ups, but they would just blame their contractors for all the screw-ups. I do not recommend A & S to even my worst enemy.
