BIRCHWOOD CREDIT SOLUTIONS - WINNIPEG, MB

I bought a car from Birchwood Credit solutions and they are a bunch of liars. I had issues with my car battery which has been going on for a year now
I called Greg from Nairn ave location and he told me he would pay half for cost of battery. Well that was 2 months ago. I have called the portage ave location and asked to speak with the manager who looks after all 2 locations and never received a call back . I called the other day and nothing again. When I bought the car they took out the Kia battery and put in a Napa battery. When I called dealership I was told a new battery would cost me 180.00. The battery in my car was put in May of 2017. Which was 4 months before I bought the car.
When I brought the car home and tried to plug it in I couldn't find the plug. I called Greg from Nairn location and said where is the block heater? I was told they don't come with the car. What this is Canada!!! I was furious. I spoke with the manager at Nairn location and he agreed to put in a block heater which was never done as he never calls back.
Before you sign the papers you are told after 2 years you can upgrade your vehicle. This is not true!!! I wanted to upgrade as I have had my car for over 2 years and good standing in payments. He said "NO". Greg told me to call him in Jan of 2019 and I could possibly get one then. I called in 2020 and Greg once again said no. I told him my do is so large I need more room. He replied " does your dog drive the car". I walked out. I decided to call a different location and ask to speak to the manager who looks after all 3 locations. I was told he would call me back ASAP. It now has been 1 month. I recently left a message and no reply.
I would not recommend birchwood credit solutions to anyone. You pay double for your vehicle and they are full of lies. If you go to BBB you will see all the complaints birchwood credit solutions has. ALOT OF NEGITIVE COMMENTS
