This review is based on one of the poorest customer service experiences I have ever encountered... all related to the service area... brought a quad in for repairs. Had phoned ahead and was informed that the repair could be done in 2 days. When I dropped it off was informed it may take an extra day or two. No biggie. It was a brand new quad with 30 minutes on it and it needed what they indicated was to be a 30 minute fix, but... such is life. I phoned after 4 business days and was told mine was the next in line for repair and would be done that day. I phoned later that day and was once again told it was the next to go in. I waited 2 more business days and showed up to pick it up. Was told that they hadn't started it and it was the next to go in and would be done by the end of the day. I waited until the next day to pick it up.. and... it still wasn't done ... and they weren't sure how long it would take. I still don't have it back. Now on day 9 for a 30 minute fix that was told would take a day or two to get done. Throughout this "experience" I tried to phone to get updates, but getting someone to answer the service line phone was near impossible - I even left messages but never received a returned call. I get it that they are busy, but this is crazy... and it is clear that this is a regular practice of theirs (the guy in front of me today in the lineup today before me was pissed over the exact same situation.)... Looks like I will go elsewhere for all my future repairs...
