Such poor service and very expensive. They just don't care about their customers. They just don't get the concept of treating your customers nice and....they will return and spend more money!! I requested some low-lights and didn't need a hair cut. The guy hit me in the head several times with the brush and blow dryer and charged me $98! Crazy bad service and overpriced. When I asked if the price was right, I received a snarky fake smile and a yes this is what we charge. You could tell they don't care.

Had gone to thos salon a few times for my brows. Always very friendly staff so i decided to go in for a cut and few highlighs. I figured it was a run of the mill salon bwcause of the brow waxing prices and there is a promotion of a cut and style for 25 with select stylist advertized outside the salon. I usually pay around 100 to 120 for highlights and cut. I made the mistake of not being specific on how much i wanted to spend. When i went to pay my bill it was 163.00!!!

I just fixed a little girl's hair cut that was done the same day at Fashionette. She came to me with her hair still wet. She was growing her hair out to donate because her mom has cancer, it was already down to her waist. She wanted an inch off and they cut it into a bob!!! The poor little girl was in tears the whole time. When the parent tried to complain, but the manager just brushed it off and didn't care. This is the worst hair story I've heard in a long time...

Well I went to this hair salon as my husband goes there and always has a great experience. I went in wanting to get rid of some grown out perm, relayer, and have my bangs tidied up. I walked out with a bob with hair exploding out the bottom and even though I showed the woman with my hands three times what I wanted done with my bangs she cut them straight across. I was bawling my eyes out when I realized she chopped my bangs off. I had too go to another salon to fix her mess.of.a.hair cut and even that salon said she didn't understand what this woman was doibg with my hair as my layers made no sense and my hair was left very heavy at the front making it look like a bob. The owner/manager of fashionette (the older one) only had to say it wasn't that bad and would give me 8 bucks off still making this mess 38 still. I managed to talk her down too 20 and that's agreeing too them not fixing my bangs when they grew out, because yea I want to go back after this. I told her my husband was not coming back here either as she proceeded to walk away throw her arms in the air saying that's my prerogative.
