They're pretty pretty good at the very basics, but not with anything complicated. They're very nice before they have your money, and drop you like a stone afterward. They did an install for me, and charged me top dollar. It wasn't exactly as requested, and some functions didn't work. Ken said "It costs extra to get that", even though it had clearly been part of the original quote. Then he charged me $100 to fix it. I emailed him to tell him it still didn't work, and asked for his help. He replied "Read your manual.. Cheers" Approach with caution.
