VANCOUVER MANAGEMENT LTD - VANCOUVER, BC

I have had nothing but issues with Vancouver Management Ltd. They lied about the mailing date of my damage deposit return. The business license to my apartment was incorrect and not valid. They tampered with the business license rather than paying a fee to update it with the City of Vancouver. They tried to force my small Asian wife to carry a stroller plus our 4 month old baby three flights of stairs. More concerned about having strollers in the laundry room than my family's safey. They incorrectly stated that the strollers in the Laundry Room is a fired hazard which it is not. They only gave two weeks notice to remove all items from the Laundry Room which is illegal as they need to provide a months notice to change any common area rules and/or access. They do not return email in a timely matter.

Two other tenants in the building I lived in also left due issues they had with Vancouver Management Ltd.
