Rude employee!! I could not believe how rude and snarky the lady behind the desk was to me, all I wanted was to ask questions about where my package might have went and to be reassured they would do their best to find it. Instead I was given abrupt, rude replies and tons of attitude from the so called customer service rep!!! Not the best choice for representation for Canada Post :(
