What a terrible experience with terrible stylist!!! I used an indulge living voucher for the haircut, moroccan oil and highlights. I went in requesting a dark brown highlight and ended up with blonde highlights and I had split ends after he cut my hair. I said to R., the owner and stylist, that it was too light and he said it was for perfect me and that if he had to fix it, he would have to charge me for product. I didn't agree but didn't want to deal with his forceful personality and have him ruin my hair any further. R. talked non-stop about himself and showed me photo albums of him at industry events. When he wasn't talking about himself, he spoke poorly of his clients and his previous employers. It was extremely unprofessional and excruciating to listen to. He even said I should tip more. If you bought of these vouchers, just chuck it. It's not worth your trouble unless you like sitting in a chair, getting your hair ruined by a narcissist.
