I am so happy to have found Kate Shivers. After a confusing escalation of many allergies this year, Kate was the first professional to help me look at how they relate to my health as a whole and reassure me that there is a path back to being healthy.

It is fascinating how BIE works and through only a few appointments we have tackled among other things a dust allergy that had caused me asthma, and a challenging scent and chemical allergy.

It amazed me that after treatment for scents the same day I caught a smell of some perfume and thought "that smells nice" which was such a surprise, as it used to really irritate my airway.
