STRATA NW 1245 - BURNABY, BC

I'm giving this review three stars. However, there are some things that score much lower, other areas higher. The apartments are a nice size, with great, no, phenomenal sized balconies. The roof deck on the eight floor is equally amazing! The view is awesome, with seating if you want to hang out on a sunny day. If you like walking or running, there are great trails across the street in Central Park. Close to transit, shopping and restaurants. The not so great part? There is a disruptive component in the building who have taken it upon themselves to bully other residents. They were on Strata for a period of time, and when they finally didn't get voted back in, went out of their way to make life difficult for those who did end up on Strata. If you can find a unit away from the north end of the building, I recommend this building.
