Approximately 25 years ago, I was at the end of my rope, I had suffered a nervous breakdown after dealing with my past. It seemed very viable that @ 38 yrs. of age, suicide was the logical choice to help my family. I was extremely fortunate to work for an excellent Company that had an Employee Assistance Program that led me to see Dr. Seigel. She listened to my scattered thoughts and feelings for close to 3 years, I got back to work and am still married and loved by my family.
