Nasty customer service, raising voice and interruptive. No room for reasoning with parents, regardless of the reason. They threaten forwarding you to collection at the risk of poor reviews and losing other customers. Read the reviews, and look for a better service provider.

We sent our 12 month old daughter there for 2 months only. They were feeding them glazed doughnuts for snacks (which was not listed on the menu - the menu listed something healthy). The care was not great (one of the care providers had her son there and completely ignored the other kids). We would pick up our daughter and she would have snot thickly crusted to her face. We were also told out daughter couldn't wear leather slippers because it wasn't good for foot development. I, as the parent, can decide what is appropriate for my child's foot development. Also, they received a notice that they were no longer allowed to make food in the kitchen, but fees remained the same (which were very high). I would not recommend this place at all.

This is the worst daycare ever. They are all about money and dont care about the kids. They terminated my two kids after a week without notice. I had already paid for the month. They claimed more than the hours used by my kids from subsidy. They told me they were going to refund part of my fees for the month, that is after they get payment from subsidy. Childcare subsidy paid them for all the hours used by my kids and even more and still they refused to refund my money as promised. I called them and they said once the fee for the month is paid, its paid and there is no more refund even if the kids only attended for a week. Too bad....money conscious thieves

I wish I would have read these reviews before enrolling my daughter in the after school care program. Apparently it used to be under different management and was quite good at that time, but I would never recommend the facility under the current management. The communication is very poor, and when any issues or concerns did come up they were poorly resolved. The management have terrible conflict resolution skills and instantly take things personally and get defensive when you're trying to explain what your issue is - in between making excuses and increasing the volume of their voices to speak over you. It makes it very difficult to have a civilized conversation, but if you raise your voice to match their volume? All of a sudden you're being threatening and intimidating and they are no longer comfortable having a conversation with you. When we gave notice that my daughter would be attending a new facility at the beginning of the new school year, we were told that because they didn't agree with any of my reasons listed for leaving, we should instead leave in two weeks (the minimum amount of notice allowed in the contract). I can't speak for the daycare side of things as we were only in after school care, and the staff themselves in the ASC program were ok. High staff turnover though, and I can understand why.
