I bought CSPC# 734844 on March 2, 2012; posted price on the shelf is $35.99. Scanned price was 37.99. Staff member was very rude, giving a poor excuse, persisting that since she is not the manager, she cannot change the price and that it was only a $2.00 difference. If this has not been properly resolved, I am not sure how anyone can trust any of your shelf prices. Your prompt attention and satisfactory conflict resolution will win me back as a loyal customer who has frequented this store for more than 5 years.
