I had some noise when I start my vehicle so I had to change the engine belts and also the brake lights in Canadian Tire 4 months ago but now the noisy sound came back again and the light is also out.. So I brought it back in the morning two weeks ago and I was advised to leave it at the store. But, I came around 9:00pm and it was still not done and they told me to leave it overnight but I couldn't because I had to drive to Fort St. John.
When I came back two days ago they also told me to leave it overnight which I did.
the next day i went and they charged me for replacing the belts they said it because more than 100 days and i have to pay labour fees ??? is it my problem that they installed bad products??? why they didn't put good stuffs instead of installing cheap things and charge me the same value of genuine parts???

anyway I paid and drove my car and guess what? the brake light is still not done. so I came the next day and they told me to come tommorrow because it was holiday and they close at 5. i came the next day and they also told me to leave it overnight??? can you imagine leave my vehicle overnight for a brake light??? I asked the lady if they can give me the light and I will install it myself and she was insisting that I have to leave no way they will give me the light.
This is nonsense service I doubt that I will come back again to Canadian Tire specially that I do have a very bad experience with them before.
