Very rude and unprofessional! We had a mailbox here for over a year on month-to-month service, and decided to end the service and gave them 1 month notice. As soon as we told them we wanted to end our service, they said that we were under a "contract", which is funny because we never ever signed up for such a thing for monthly mailbox service... We gave them the key back, but they continue harassing us and keep us sending us invoices... Stay away from this place and use professional places like U** or something.
