Horrendous experience. Pipes are out of order
and water has been turned off every weekday
for over a year now. The heat died last
winter and it took the building WEEKS to
replace it.
Incompetent janitorial staff who stand around
talking more than actually doing work, and
the whole building has a fetish with turning
off water at random intervals. Avoid at all
costs.
