THEY PUT MY FUR-TRIMMED COAT IN THE WASHER. They advertise that they do things on premises, but the smaller print specifies that it is only alterations that they do on premises. They send out their dry cleaning. I dropped off a fur-trimmed coat that specifies on the tag that it is dry clean only. As soon as I picked it up today, I noticed that the fur seemed messy, matted, and flat. On closer inspection, I noticed bits of lint stuck to the fur and that the inside lining was still damp. The lady told me that they had put it in the washer. AVOID this place. An AWFUL experience that ruined a valuable piece of clothing!
