PERSONALLY YOURS - WINDSOR, ON

I personally would not go to this location again, my fiance and I went to get our ring engraved and they said it would be ready in an hour we came an hour later and they had not started it a girl had said the woman who engraves was out running an errand and she was not trained on engraving. They then quoted us another hour, we returned half an hour later and the engraver was in and said she was just about to start and it would be another 45 minutes. Half an hour later she called us and said they couldn't engrave on the inside of the ring like we had asked which wasn't a problem we said they could do it on the outside. She then quoted us a half hour, we came to the store after the half hour to find that the engraver had left for the day without finishing our ring! When we were just on the phone with her a half hour before... We were very displease and drove 45 minutes for nothing that day, needless to say we asked for our money back....
